Helen Lawrence

Managing Director based in Oxfordshire

Helen has many years experience working in industry, including manufacturing, wholesale, retail and the public sector.  Helen will get your HR function ship shape in no time and is available on the end of a 'phone or by email to help you sort out those niggling queries or that HR emergency.  Her friendly, pragmatic approach means she is an asset to any business.  Helen enjoys working with clients on anything from their strategic HR direction to delivering workshops or managing the day to day HR operation (and everything in between).

Jamie Winder

Payroll Advisor, Oxfordshire

Jamie joined the team as our dedicated Payroll advisor and deals with all payroll processing. He joined us from Oxford City Council and is a member of the CIPP (Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals). Jamie is on hand to assist with all aspects of payroll from setting you up as a new client to liaising with the HMRC as your appointed agent should the need arise.

We also have Jamie to thank for the new design flair in our office as he is responsible for our email banners.

 

 

 

 

 



 

Rebecca Fordham

An asset in Bournemouth.

Rebecca heads up our Bournemouth office and is the queen of networking. Making friends instantly, Rebecca will solve your people problems in her friendly, approachable style.  Not afraid to roll her sleeves up and get on with the dirty work, Rebecca is a great asset to businesses.

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

Debbie Smyth

Based in our Bournemouth office Debbie ensures that if you are her Pay As You Go client her team are on standby to solve your people problem, and if you are a client that uses us as their proactive HR department she attends your Board Meetings to work on HR strategy ensuring your staff are happy at work.
